This sophisticated remodel of a 1950’s ranch style home took only three months to complete. Without adding any square footage, we created an open floor plan and multi-purpose spaces to maximize the living areas. We opened up the staircase to the lower level to visually add space and create a seamless transition between the two floors. The flex-space on the first floor is a prime example of multi-functionality; this can be used as a home office, playroom or bedroom. Custom built-ins, white oak flooring and high-end tile complete this sophisticated modern home.
