A charming home with a not so functional layout. Our clients wanted a space that felt functional and beautiful with a big kitchen island that was open to the family room. The current layout was closed off with a tiny little kitchen. We utilized the existing dining room and kitchen to create one large open space. Without needing to add any square footage, we transformed this to a space that feels light, bright and functional for these homeowners.
