This elegant four-bedroom modern colonial started out as a cozy, three-bedroom home that didn’t quite fit our client’s modern lifestyle. We achieved an open floor plan that allowed for sight lines throughout the spaces, yet were able to create privacy in every room with a well thought-out layout. We hand-selected high-end fixtures, custom cabinetry and imported tile to elevate the overall aesthetic.
